Triple ageing for a complex taste

This rum undergoes triple ageing: first it matures for at least 4 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It is then stored in the solera system, in which the barrels are never completely emptied. Finally, the rum matures for up to 13 months in whisky casks from the Speyside region in Scotland. This gives it its complex aromatic notes.

Aromas of spices, leather and vanilla

The taste of this rum is unique. It impresses with notes of leather, vanilla and cinnamon as well as a hint of honey and pepper. The long maturation in oak barrels gives it a pleasant woody note.
