The Patridom XO Cognac Cask Finish is a limited special bottling of the premium Patridom XO rum from the Dominican Republic. This fine drop is initially matured for 12-15 years in a combination of American and French oak barrels before being matured in cognac barrels from the Grande Champagne region in France.

Aroma profile

The second maturation in cognac barrels gives the Patridom XO a particularly fruity note with aromas of pear, peach and apple, enveloped in creamy vanilla and a hint of cream. The palate reveals a balanced, round taste with notes of honey, almonds and stewed apple paired with a mild, pleasantly sweet finish
